Wrongtown, but maybe, the Right Place.
Wrongtown is an international family reunion at events year round, around the globe, including Burning Man which acts as our families main event! We have members on almost every continent and from all walks of life.
Over 15 Years of Reunion at the Main Event.
Every year our family includes new and returning virgins and veterans alike. Some of the family have been burning since 97’ and we love to watch the virgins as minds get blown by all the new experiences and we do a little light hazing under the Wrongtown Beacon and Shade structure.
The purpose of Wrongtown is to create a space for our friends and family to experience, through shared participation and effort, not just the playa but also regionals and other events to each of their fullest. At Burning Man, Wrongtown works to build together everything needed to survive on the playa including an amazing chill space, fully equipped kitchen, vast covered tent city and camp showers. While the community provides the physical infrastructure, we do expect and count on our members to pitch in to build, strike, run kitchen and bar shifts and keep things running during the event.
